Biography

Born and raised in Central New Jersey, I grew up skateboarding, playing music, and taking photos. My early education at Waldorf School fed my passion for seeing and learning and inspired a deep reverence for the interconnected nature of all things. It became the foundation for my belief that artists and designers connect people to the world and each other by expanding the way that they experience objects.

A graduate of Iowa State University in Industrial Design, I currently am currently pursuing the newest ways to use technology in design as a Gravity Sketch Student Ambassador. Outside of design, I’m at the skatepark, training jujitsu, growing bonsai, or taking photos.

Approach

I approach each project with a user-centered design philosophy, placing the needs and desires of the end-user at the forefront of every decision. I believe that the key to creating successful digital products is to understand the people who will use them and to design experiences that are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.
