Outline

This project aimed to design and implement a solution that seamlessly integrated speakers into desktop monitors, enhancing workspace efficiency, aesthetics, and audio quality for remote workers. In the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, a significant shift towards remote work took place. This resulted in millions of individuals requiring a dedicated workspace at home to maximize productivity and meet deadlines. This has led to a growing concern surrounding space constraints.

Problem

Desktop monitors, a seemingly essential tool for remote work, further the spatial problem due to their large footprint, but moreover, due to the lack of integrated audio. This lack of audio prompts consumers to use desktop speakers that accentuate this problem.

Solution

This product solves this problem by opening up desk space while simultaneously improving audio quality by elevating the speakers off of the desk by utilizing the built-in monitor brackets found on many of today's monitors. This design creates a harmonious and productive work environment while conserving valuable desk space and optimizing sound quality.
